NISSAN NV200 spare key
The customer had a key which I can only describe as a banana. It was so broken I am surprised it was able to start the vehicle!
This particular job was completed on a Nissan NV200 2012 in Atherstone, Warwickshire. The customers key was very worn and it actually took my Xhorse multiple attempts to read the key bitting correctly as it was so damaged.
After multiple attempts the key was read and successfully copied. I then used my Autel 508 key programmer to add the new key to the vehicle, finishing up by testing it worked properly. In this case the central locking is automatically programmed at the same time as the transponder.
Had the original key have snapped in the ignition, it would have been very costly to repair!
